Yes! We specialise in bespoke and
made-to-measure garments. If you have a specific design idea or need something
tailored for an occasion, we’ll work closely to bring your vision to life.

For ready-to-wear items, delivery typically
takes 3 to 13 business days, including processing and shipping. For
custom or bespoke pieces, delivery can take 9 to 31 business days,
depending on the complexity of the design and production time. Please note that
actual delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Yes, we do! We currently ship globally. If
your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us, and we’ll try our
best to accommodate you.
Once your order is shipped, you will
receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to
monitor your delivery in real-time.
Yes, express shipping is available for some
locations at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order so
we can confirm availability and pricing.
If you’re working with a deadline (e.g. an
event or wedding), please let us know before placing your order. We will do our
best to accommodate your request or advise you on the best delivery option.
Custom orders take 7 to 21 business days
for production, depending on the complexity of the design. Shipping then takes
an additional 2 to 10 business days. We will give you a more specific
timeline once we confirm your design.
International orders may be subject to
import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for
more information.

We accept returns on unworn ready-to-wear
items within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, custom/bespoke
orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. Please see
