Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your product, you can return it following the terms outlined in this policy. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and in-store. 

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period." 

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in writing via email at janesfashionn@gmail.com or by using the contact form on our website. You must do this within the 14-day cooling-off period. 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions: 

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received. It should also be in its original packaging, with any tags or labels attached. 

Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. 

Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item unless otherwise specified. 

Please note that certain goods are non-returnable, such as: 

- Custom-made or personalized items. 

- Jewellery

3. Return Process

Return Shipping:  You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your goods. 

Return Address: Once you've contacted us, we will provide you with the address to which you can return your item(s). Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. 

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will: 

- Inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. 

- Notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven working days of receiving the return.  

We will process the refund within 14 days if your return is approved. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

You can request a full refund or replacement if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at janesfashionn@gmail.com. We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you, and a refund or replacement will be processed. 

6. Exchanges

Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and receiving the new item unless it is faulty or incorrect. 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 14 days: 

  1. recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
