Return & Refund
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Non-returnable items:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@janesfashion.org with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
3. Securely pack your item and send it using a trackable courier service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We accept international returns. However, return shipping,
duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Ensure your package is
clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs delays or fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt:
• Send photos and your order number to info@janesfashion.org
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
